Good luck with that. I would think you would have a good product

liability case based on the valve issues. I think medical

malpractice would be harder to prove, unless that doctor did

something wrong such as fail to detect bad valves, things like that.

Right now, I'm wondering how effective Blais's reports will be in a

court of law. I'm praying they will be taken seriously.

Also, thanks to Patty and all the women who have suffered so and

started this site. It was their research and postings which led me

to document every doctor visit and every lab test, early on. If my

own case works out, it will be in part to everything they did to

make it easier for us to get help. Eventually I do believe we will

see class action suits with the salines.
