OT: need a few things, like some type of posters for an office setting

Hi all, I am at the tail end of finishing my new office/home setting and need some type of office posters for my back office/exam room, does anyone have anything appropriate to put on the walls they are no longer using and want to sell or donate.

I am also looking for some type of well working wall mounted blood pressure cuff, without going out and buying a new one right now, does anyone have one they want to sell?

Just for fun maybe someone knows someone that had a business that had a walk-way canopy material and or frame over their front door and out that was taken down and put away that will never see the light of day again............I am looking as they are very expensive and I already have some of the frame work built 15 feet out.........just a shot.
