Guest guest Posted March 14, 2005 Report Share Posted March 14, 2005 I have had a lifetime with CMT and learned to erase negatives from my mind - " things I can't do " has become " things I have tried/things I do and this is how. " But, what has been of utmost importance to me is keeping an ongoing level of acceptance and keeping my expectations of myself and others in perspective. I have amazed many who, at one point said, " you can't do it " , and I succeeded by turning a negative into a positive and learned I Can Do It.
