Guest guest
Hi Jim: I think your approach to turning your daughter's worst swimming stroke into a 'winner' is wonderful! Congratulations! Thanks for sharing this..Gavin has been starting to say things like ' I'm not good at this or that activity', we've always said it doesn't matter how good he is absolutely, just whether he enjoys doing it, but clearly he's starting to see a difference between himself and the other kids. You've given me a great idea about turning his efforts to something positive down the road if he's interested. Cheers Sally Re: welcome Jim Welcome Jim: Thanks for your introduction. I am also from Canada -Port Elgin, Ontario. I am 55 married with 3 children, one we suspect has CMT. He will soon be 16 and has not had any major symptoms. He can do any sport or activity that he wants at this time in his life. His biggest problems are sprained ankles and trembling hands. Congratulations on your daughter winning 2 gold medals at the Ontario Provincial Swim meet. That's great. What Neuromuscular clinic do you go to? What city?
