Gretchen,

Thanks for your feedback. My first 3 evaluations were good. The lady that

does them had to redo the first one she did 2 months ago because she said my

teaching style was " too casual, " meaning that I teach sitting down. She was

going to give me a bad evaluation then until someone told her that was

discrimination. I spoke to the union rep and she is trying to tell me that

since

they knew about the disability when I was hired that letting me go was not

discrimination. Also, this is an at will state. Is there any way i can change

that? Seems like a way to hide behind discrimination. I have copies of all

of my evaluations. I can't afford a long fight but I really enjoy my job and

really want to be there a few more years so I can get tenure.
