Guest guest
Gretchen, Thanks for your feedback. My first 3 evaluations were good. The lady that does them had to redo the first one she did 2 months ago because she said my teaching style was " too casual, " meaning that I teach sitting down. She was going to give me a bad evaluation then until someone told her that was discrimination. I spoke to the union rep and she is trying to tell me that since they knew about the disability when I was hired that letting me go was not discrimination. Also, this is an at will state. Is there any way i can change that? Seems like a way to hide behind discrimination. I have copies of all of my evaluations. I can't afford a long fight but I really enjoy my job and really want to be there a few more years so I can get tenure. Jen
