Hi Vern,Here's a suggestion for organizing the info you present:Where possible, a Coordinated Care Organizations service area shall provide an adequate network of credentialed healthcare providers, composed of an even percentage of MD, DO, and non-MD/DO providers. On Mar 6, 2012, at 11:07 AM, vsaboe wrote: Ok, colleague how does this sound for a draft start of what an “adequate network” means? “Where possible, an adequate network of all healthcare provider types means within a coordinated care organization’s service area(s) the percentage of credentialed non-MD/DO healthcare providers allowed on a CCO’s network must be equal to the percentage of medical and osteopathic physicians allowed on the network.” Again, thanks for any help you can give…..know your all busy, Vern Saboe, DC FACOOregon Sears, DC, IAYT1218 NW 21st AvePortland, Oregon 97209v: 503-225-0255f: 503-525-6902www.docbones.com

Looks good and I suggest you take out the 'allowed' at the end of your statement. Ok, colleague how does this sound for a draft start of what an “adequate network” means? “Where possible, an adequate network of all healthcare provider types means within a coordinated care organization’s service area(s) the percentage of credentialed non-MD/DO healthcare providers allowed on a CCO’s network must be equal to the percentage of medical and osteopathic physicians allowed on the network.” Again, thanks for any help you can give…..know your all busy, Vern Saboe, DC FACOOregon
