I don't know if this helps, but I started going to see someone regarding

depression who also is a nurse. First, she recommends Cymbalta for those of us

that are depressed and have physical problems.

She also recommended having protein at every meal, and adding Omega 3 capsules,

flaxseed and primrose oil (one with each meal) Another suggestions was to have a

pickle before lunch and dinner as it helps the food get absorbed better. also

adding green tea, very watered down and drinking that all day and of course a

good multi vitamin. Also add nuts and seeds to the diet (unsalted and not

roasted)

For those with learning disabilities, have your child have an egg or some other

protein before school to help with concentration and preventing the sugar low.
