Hi Gretchen,

I believe if you are serving people in the USA then you need to go by their

guidelines and laws. Okay, if you commit a crime in the USA and you are from

another country you will end up in the court system of the USA. So why

shouldn't those cruise ships be demanded to go by the laws. For me it as if they

are going against the law.
