Thanks for your thoughts. There are handicapped spots (parking) where I work

and I am looking into getting a placard this week. At the moment people can

really tell something is going on with me since I limp very bad. I'm waiting on

plantar fascia surgery in June which I hope will take the limp and extreme

pain away. I would like to think that my employer would just say 'thanks for

telling us and we'll keep this in your employee file' but I do work for a

government contracted company and things happen for no apparent reason

sometimes. I

think I will just keep it to myself until after my surgery and hopefully I

will be back to normal and not have to say anything.
