Hi Susie,

I am so sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I wasn't feeling

well. Thank you I never thought of a chiropractor. I will call my son, he

goes to one he swears by, I will see if he does massage therapy.

How are you feeling? Hope today is good for you.

Hi Sherri,

I apologize for not getting right back to you. I had some kind of virus

and didn't feel too well. I am going to start calling around tomorrow at

Chirop0ractor's offices to see what I can find out.

Hope you are feeling well and thanks for your help.

the insurance, as well. Good luck!!!

Hi Judy,

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I want to try this but from

a couple of messages I received you can end up feeling worse afterwards

than before. But I think it is worth a try. Thanks for your help. Hope

today is painfree for you.

Gretchen- thanks for the article. I intend to show it to my massage

therapist. I started going a little over a year ago. I got in on a

special that allows me to get a two hour massage for a very low

price, as long as I don't miss a month. People ask me what he can do

for two hours? Believe me, I walk out of there rejuvenated, in less

pain and looking forward to my next visit. He will focus on different

parts of my body, but will work on everything in a session. Lately,

due to severe restless legs, he has been helping me with that.

It is not fool-proof. I started, after my wife, who has chronic pain,

bought me a gift certificate. She has never had a negative reaction,

until a couple of months ago. He did an especially deep massage and

she left there in pain and was in worse pain for several days. Now, he

works lightly and has done just cranio-sacral massage, at times. No

more worsening of pain.

If any of you are in East-Central Indiana and want a recommendation,

write me privately and I'll share his name.

Jim
