Guest guest
HELLO LINDA, I AM READING YOUR EMAIL AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHY MY FEET IS THE OPPOSITE OF YOURS, MINE LOOKS LIKE A DUCK FEET.AND I DO HAVE DOUBLE JOINTS ON THE TOP OF THAT! MY FEET ARE HANGING, DROPPED. BECAUSE THIS WEAKNESS I FOUND DIFFICULT TO PUT MY SHOES ON. I NEED TO PUT MY SHOES IN A CERTAIN WAY, I DO NOT HAVE MUCH POWER ON MY TOES TO FORCE MY FEET INSIDE THE SHOES. VERY STRANGE FEELING. I CAN'T WEAR SANDALS WITHOUT THE STRIP ON THE BACK.NEVER COULD WEAR THOSE FLIP FLOPS TYPE! I COULD NEVER WEAR TRAINERS EITHER. I WOULD TRIP VERY EASILY AND CAN NOT LIFT MY FEET OUT OF THE GROUND. I MEAN, THE SHOES HAS TO HOLD WELL MY FEET BECAUSE I HAVE NO MUCH STRENGTH. I WONDER IF ANYONE HAVE THIS KIND OF PROBLEM. I GUESS WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT PROBLEMS! JOANNA PS: HERE IN UK, LONG TIME AGO, I DID ASK MY DOCTOR THE POSSIBILITY OF A SURGERY, BUT HE TOLD ME NEVER! THE REASON WAS BECAUSE OF MY DOUBLE JOINT. HE COMMENTED THAT IF I WOULD HAVE AN EXTENSION OF THE ACHILLES TENDON, MY FEET WOULD DROPPED EVEN MORE AND I WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO WALK AGAIN! Guest guest
, Well, we have the same problem here. Before I could wear high heels imagine? Now, things got worsen, but thank God, I am able to walk ok, never long distance, but able to walk! Regarding shoes now, it is like a nightmare for me.I got used to wear only one type of shoes, and I just do not know how to change this bad habit. I need to start to wear different shoes at home first, but I never do that!T here is this fear inside me everytime I try something differente! Anyway, thank you for sharing it! Guest guest
I also have the same problem. I also have to put my feet in the shoes a certain way or forget it. When I am at home I wear slippers and I found I also can not wear them if they don't have a back to them to support my heel. I can walk but sometimes easier for my to scuffle my feet. I really don't want to buy another pair of shoes if they are going to turn out to be shoes I can not wear. Laurie In Sarasota
Guest guest
I hear that--I had to throw all my sandals away last year because I can no longer walk in them!!!!! No, I can only wear the ones that velcro or ones that might as well be full shoes - I need staps around the back, the ankle and top of foot!!! And there are not to many cute ones out there like that. Guest guest
Laurie, I hear that. I have to wear slippers around the house and if I don't put my feet in my shoes a certin way I end up giving up on even wearing shoes and just wear slippers out side. Lots of love from donnas crazy nut house. xoxo Donna
