Elaine - I am sure you will find this group very, very helpful and even

more importantly very comforting. It is nice to just know that other

people go through the same things and feelings you do. I also walk a

lot for exercise. When I cannot go outside I also use the

Sansone videos. I love them! I was always afraid to go to an actual

class or gym, etc. because of being somewhat uncoordinated and you

cannot just walk at home without some instruction or direction. Her

videos are wonderful - not only do they get you up and moving, she also

does things to increase upper body strength, etc. Yes, there are days

I think I will scream if I hear the same chit chat again, but overall

they are quite easy and beneficial. My neurologist tells me that I am

able to overcome a lot of my foot weakness and atrophy, etc. because my

calf muscles are so strong from all the walking, I compensate for it.
