5 Colors of Foods:

To maintain general health and wellness and to stay fit and active all

the day, five colors of food should be included in the daily diet as

suggested by Doctors and nutritionists. The presence of organic

compounds provides respective color to the foods such as Fruits and

Vegetables and provides energy and stamina due to the presence of
