especially in western cultures. It seems that we havewoken upand realized

that weight control is about much more than keeping up appearances. Obesity

metabolizer. Once the liver becomes sluggish and fatty it performs neither

job well and we begin to pack on the pounds in earnest and have great

And why do you say that all animal fats make you fat? I know they don't all

make me fat and this is not unusual.........

And are you lumping in fat from organic animals with fat from 'conventional'

animals all together here? Are you trying to say that animal fats make people

fat but that fat from vegetables, nuts, etc do not make people fat?

I would be interested in reading the studies or articles that you go this info

from -- could you please post it?
