Peppermint Oil Health Benefits:

Peppermint plant is a natural hybrid of spearmint and watermint,

scientifically called as mentha piperita, and originated from Europe.

Peppermint herb and its oil were used by the people, all over the world

you should not recline after ingesting peppermint oil

it relaxes the sphincter between the stomach and esophagus

good for relieving gas but bad if stomach juices enter esophagus
