Gretchen thanks for the list of exercises. If there a resource that

describes each of those exercises? Or should I just ask an aerobics

class teacher? It looks like quite a list. How long does it take

you to go through the series and how many times a week do you do it?

Welcome Tony, Jilly and Bill. I am just amazed by the number of new

people we get. It is great. We need input and questions from

everyone so we can keep on learning.

Regarding double joints, etc. My elbows are double jointed, and my

right side is my weak side. Not really much pain. Just achey feet,

legs and hips when I have overdone. Rest of the time I am without

pain. I feel very fortunate after hearing from so many others.

Does anyone use putty to do hand and finger exercises? I worked with

a physical therapist a while back and she gave me exercises to do.

There are different toughnesses of putties so it can be easy to hard

depending hand strength.
