CMT & Legs - strengthening abs

For whoever this helps; I would say that while I enjoy still looking fit, it's

a double-edged sword in that people might look at me and think " It's all easy

for her " when, in fact, almost nothing physical is easy for me. I exercise and

my upper body looks pretty good, I have to say. My legs even look strong, at

least my upper legs look strong and my lower legs look like nothing special

either way.

The cut though is, that I am not really as fit as most people, (obviously; but,)

any " normal " nerved and muscled person would have no trouble moving my frame

around, but, with my weak legs, ankles and feet, I must weigh much less and have

stronger abs (which I have found for me, are not affected by CMT and help with

my balance). So, that is where I am. An average person would look at me and say

" Average person " . but I HAVE TO lose weight and am recently really improving my

abs.
