Diabetes diet is called for control of carbohydrates intake and calories restricted diet portions. The plant-based foods diet are low in fats and considered as an ideal diet for diabetes, so it keeps the health disorders such as weight gain or obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and diabetes at bay.
