Guest guest
Will, Try putting pillows under your knees while you sleep/or if you sleep on your side, put pillows between your knees. You also may want to try elevating your feet. Could very well have been the result of your very long walk, though. Take those walks, but don't over do it. The Celexa shouldn't be doing anything, but if mixed with certain other medications can cause high blood pressure. Try elevating your feet and legs when you sleep and see if that helps, and cut down on the very long walks just to see if this helps. Ask your doc about the Celexa and blood pressure if you're taking other medication. My feet just get hot and swell, especially if I have been on them a long time and haven't changed shoes or gone barefoot. This happened to me one day in London, sightseeing rather fast, I walked 10 miles and my feet were screaming the next day. With 2 days of rest and pacing my activities, I was then OK. Guest guest
Heavens Yes, my feet swell at night. Especially when I have been on them to much. So when I sit I try to elevate them a bit. At night when they swell after I go to bed it was very uncomfortable. So the end of my bed was proped up a few inches with wood blocks and they really was much better. The swelling seemed to cease.
