Would anyone please be able to recommend a good magnesium oil that you spray onto the skin? This is one of the things our DAN wants us to start on but I can't find it here in Sweden.

Hi

We use a Magnesium lotion recommended by Lilias (there is also a cream which

tested better for). It is a bit itchy but apparently you get used to it.

I dont think it would do you much harm if you drank the bath water with

Magnesium in, maybe make your stools a bit looser if you drank heaps and for

many of our constipated kids that just might be useful :-))

We used this on the recommendation of our homeopath. I was highly, highly

sceptical. It took most of the skin off my son's feet--she said this was

unusual but I found that hard to believe. The research on the magnesium oil is

poor to say the least.

The Magnesium oil we use is called Essence of Life Magnesium oil. It's made from

sea water. Their contact is www.glnus.com.

It suggests that you can dilute it with water. We use it without any problems by

diluting it with water - spraying some on my hands with a few drops of water and

then applying it on to my daughter's arms or tummy etc.. and it doesn't itch

that way. It's itchy if it's applied neat. Hope that helps
