Guest guest
Hello my CMT family, I just wanted to let you all in on some exciting things that are happening in my life. As you all know, I will not be going back to teaching next year. I still feel it was disability discrimination but I am looking ahead on more positive things. I am going to get on SSI and the best news is that my hubby and I have begun the adoption process. Our first homestudy is tomorrow morning, so please keep us in your prayers. We are adopting older children ages 9 and under and we are open to siblings and race is unimportant, so we should have some new additions to our family in about 6 months. My son is almost 8 and is so excited. I am happy that I will be able to stay home with the children next school year. It's funny, if I didn't have CMT I wouldn't be able to stay home and raise more children. I guess I never thought of it as a blessing in disguise. Its all how you look at it.
