Guest guest
good job, Elliot!! From: Eliot <ewcollins@...> Subject: Re: No Cavities for 59 1/2 Years Longevity Date: Tuesday, January 3, 2012, 9:06 AM Â When I tell people that I have never had a cavity, the first thing that they say is, " You must be very lucky " . Then they say, " You must have good genes " . My point is that we make our own luck. For at least the last 40 years I have brushed thoroughly twice a day and flossed every day, without fail. It takes a few minutes to do, but it is worth it. I also go to the dentist for a professional cleaning twice a year, again, without fail. > > what's your point Eliot? not luck, not heredity, not fluoride, not diet, then what is it? Brushing twice a day? >
