Guest guest
Sorry to hear about you having IBS. I will definitely encourage my friend to try KT and kefir. Thanks for the info! My grandson is 15 mos old and yes he is better, fever broke the other night and is now at the end of a bad cold/congested chest. It seems to me, and I believe my medical Dr. has said this to me it is like a spastic colon. I have fluctuations of both constipation and diarhea, pardon the graphics. But there is a lot more symptom wise for most folks whom have this. I'm lucky? But this is all I have to deal with. The kiefer helps some. I have not been able to regulate consistently my kombucha habit to know if it helps or not. Some say it does. Also, I have heard from some people on the list that young people are not too young to drink kombucha, especially if your grandchild is sick. How old is your grandchild? Don't hold me to this, follow your instincts as a grandma, but there really is no danger, in my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt. . Hope your grand child feels better soon.
