Guest guest
Went to a physical therapist and she gave me some putty to use. They have different consistencies depending on your hand strength. I got several exercises to do with each hand. Forming balls with one hand, separating or spreading fingers out against the resistence of the putty, pinching the putty, etc. There is also the picking up small objects such as pins or paperclips and putting in a container. Or with hands flat on the table and picking up fingers one at a time. A stretch that she had me do was with palms together with elbows out to the sides. Then bend hands toward the left and then the right and then lower them keeping palms together. That should give you an idea. Georgia
Guest guest
Joyce, I was glad I could give you some info to help. Did you check out the web site I sent? And if you find that you have some pain when you do your exercises try taking Creatine. It helps. I can't execise with out it. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me.
