wobble board and thera tube in exercise programs

Hi Joana,

I too use a wobble board. I use it in the pool - so no worries about

falling off! It has helped strengthen my ankles and feet too. There is

a picture of the one like I use at this site plus some info on balance

and proprioception.

I also use something like the rubber stretch bands you mention. They are called

" thera tube " and while in the pool, I use these on my arms and hands. We also

have a way of anchoring ourselves in place in the pool with thin thera tube

bands, then turn up the current to high (like about 6 or 7 miles per hour and do

laps in place.There are some pictures at this site.
