The problem with taking combination supplements is that you can't control

the percentage of each ingredient. I notice that BioEndurance has only 20 mg

CoQ10. Is that enough? My husband takes the 150 mg CoQ10 we buy at Costco.

Does anyone have a recommended amount of the three ingredients?

ELINOR,

I HAVE SEEN THIS PRODUCT ON LINE BY BIOSYNERGY,AND I HAD THE SAME

THOUGHT REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF Q10,VERY LOW AMOUNT. HERE IN IK Q10 IS VERY

EXPENSIVE.

I DO NOT KNOW IF YOU COULD GET BETTER FORMULA WITH THOSE INGREDIENTS.

ALA+ACETHYL CARNITNE+Q10. I AM STILL LOOKING, IF I FIND IT I WILL LET YOU KNOW.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH WE SHOULD TAKE IN Q10BUT SURELY 20 MG IS NOT ENOUGH!TAKE

CARE.

It is recommended that people should take 100mg of COQ10. Hope this helps.
