The Medical Section is partnering with the Oregon Medical Association (OMA) to provide training about workers' compensation billing and payment issues, resolving disputes, using forms, and more. Spread the word that the next road stop is on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at the Salem Phoenix Inn from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. For additional information about the Road Show, to locate training in your area, or register online, go to the OMA's web page.PrescriptionsDid you know that if an insurer has concerns about over prescribing, the insurer has the right to bring the issue to the Resolution Team of the Workers’ Compensation Division (WCD)? A dispute about treatment, including prescription medications, can be reviewed by WCD under ORS 656.327(1)(a).
