This first link to research is almost 20 years old, but bears good news. Since

then most all CMT research has been so focused on genetics, and it seems is

finally waking up to the use of vitamins again since the big news on Vitamin C

last April. The second link to research (and more current) mentions use of

Vitamin E, Lipoic Acid, and coenzyme Q10,

to relax potential oxidative stress in peripheral nerves, for CMT
