attracting depression and hypertension that affects the health and

lifestyle which may lead to serious health disorder, as the change of

more. In few people, certain chemical imbalance occurs in the brain

that leads to depression. In some cases, depression may be caused due to

environmental factors, when they are constantly exposed to toxic

substances, allergies, insufficient sun light.

General depression symptoms are; people who feel extreme misery and

experiencing mood changes, lack of interest in regular work and

activities, lack of pleasure and happiness, sudden changes in mood, lack

of appetite, lack of body weight, feeling themselves guilty and

insignificant constantly, disturbed concentration in the activities,

experiencing headaches and feel pain physically, feeling irritation with

abrupt changes in mood, developing thoughts of death and suicide are

some of the symptoms of depression or blue. Depression disorders occur

due to chemical changes in the neurotransmitters. The chemical compound

serotonin is the neurotransmitter that correlated with depression.

Serotonin which regulates emotions, thirst, appetite, mood changes,

sleep, and attitude.
