I wear an 8 1/2-9 narrow now. I have always had narrow feet with a

very narrow heel, so shopping for shoes has always been frustrating.

You get use to being excited over a shoe that just fits period. The

AFO's actually open more avenues for me since I don't have to have

narrow shoes anymore because the AFO requires extra room.
