Guest guest
As suggested, I did leave a comment: I am 59 and I have never had a cavity. My last check-up was 12/30/2011. I have been drinking fluoridated water since I was 17. I have always used a fluoride toothpaste with the ADA seal. I did, however, find out on 12/29/2010 that my Vitamin D 25-OH level was 26 ng/mL (insufficient). I currently take 5950 I.U. of supplemental Vitamin D3 each day, and I am outside almost every day as well. My most recent (12/15/2011) level was 52 ng/mL (reference range - 30-100 ng/mL). This is just where I would like it to be.
