There are higher output batteries for scooters the biggest problem is if they

will fit physically in your scooter. Check out this site

I would suggest you call Pride technical support and ask. I just asked

the same question about a Shoprider Scootie that I purchased and was

told that the 12v x 12ah battery is the largest that will fit into the

battery compartment. My batteries are 5.9 " l x 3.9 " w x 4.1 " h. If you

find a battery with the same dimentions and a higher amperage let me

know! I want them, too! The only other suggestion would be to take

along a second set of fully charged batteries and change them out when

needed and/or plug in whenever the opportunity arises!
