Welcome Barbara (Buglady) and to your son also. Thanks for jumping in

to introduce yourselves.

Regarding tremors - mine started when I was about 19 or 20. And are

controlled very well with Elavil (amitriptyline). Others with tremors

and CMT (nicknamed " Roussy-Levy CMT " ) are helped by additional medications.

Sleep is also conducive to keeping my tremors quiet, as is regular exercise, and

watching for conditions of 'over stress'.
