carpal tunnel syndrome and serrapeptase

I have been recently diagnosed with a variation of carpal tunnel syndrome. I

have been using a velcro brace for weeks but pain quickly returns when I stop

wearing it. My doctor doesn't seem to know anything about serrapeptase. I found

it on the vitacost website but they sell lots of different strengths. What is

the recommended dosage? Anyone on this site who takes it 3xs daily and will it

work if one waits 2 hrs before and after eating to take it? How much time should

elapse before results should take place? I would really appreciate a response

from someone who is suffering with carpal tunnel. Thank you.
