Guest guest
Hi Shula, I don't know what brand of wallet my dad has, but I think I remember him setting it down open on the counter, and using just his forefinger to get the credit card out. Of course, his wallet may be old and stretched out now. My solution to anything I can't grip and pull is needle nosed pliers! But they might not be too handy to take shopping! Work great in the kitchen though.
Guest guest
Hi Shula, I have a normal man's wallet, I believe. It has space for about 16-20 credit cards, or some other plastic card. The bank I deal with puts my savings book in a clear plastic pouch about twice the size of a credit card. I asked for a few of these pouches, cut them in half, and placed my frequently used cards in the pouches. This fits in my wallet and because it is thicker than a card alone, I can get a better grip with my thumb and forefinger, and pull the cards out easily. I only use the pouches for my debit card and credit card. Any other plastic card I need to get out of my wallet takes a little longer. Guest guest
Thank you and , I'll share your recommendations with my husband. The pliers idea is excellent and a pair of those should go in his car! I very much like the plastic pouches solution. I may be able to find those in an office supply store if our bank doesn't have them. Sounds perfect!!! Thanks again and have a wonderful weekend.
