Guest guest
Chia is another seed from Mexico with a similar history. They both are lauded as health givers but my experience with quinoa is bad. Gives me the green apple quickstep. Have not tried chia. .... How beautiful it is to do nothing, then rest afterwards ________________________________ From: ideas4health.in <ideasforhealth@...> Longevity Sent: Tuesday, April 10, 2012 10:46 PM Subject: Quinoa Health Benefits Quinoa Health Benefits: Quinoa is actually seeds of the plant, but it is considered as quinoa grains, which is highly nutritious and delicious in taste, and relatively similar to spinach and beet root vegetables, and botanically known as Chenopodium quinoa. Guest guest
Thank you for this. I have started eating quinoa more frequently lately - been substituting quinoa for rice and also potatoes. I like knowing what I am eating though and had not looked into quinoa. blessings Shan > > Quinoa Health Benefits: > > Quinoa is actually seeds of the plant, but it is considered as quinoa > grains, which is highly nutritious and delicious in taste, and > relatively similar to spinach and beet root vegetables, and botanically > known as Chenopodium quinoa.
