Diet plan to reduce belly fat works in two phases, the first phase is called as `Anti Bloat Jumpstart', which is a diet plan for four days to expel the gas and acidity, which is caused by the intake of heavy solid foods and the intake of excess fluids. In this diet plan, one should follow the exact recommended diet that should be taken four times per day, not exceeding 1200 calories per day, as per the advice of dieticians. The second phase of the diet plan to reduce the size of belly is known as `Four Week eating plan'. This plan allows flexible menu in the diet, and the consumption of meals in small quantities four times not exceeding 1600 calories per day. The olives and almonds that contain monounsaturated fats should be included in the diet. In this plan, foods enriched with MUFAs are recommended by the nutritionists. Soya beans, sesames, canola, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, pea nuts, walnuts, pistachios, pine nuts, almonds, are some of the food items which are good source of MUFAs, should be included in this diet plan along with other foods to ensure weight loss.
