Guest guest
Gretchen, The Botox is only going to be injected into the muscles that I have spasms in I've had other injections into those muscles before with no change. My orth went to a specialist who does Botox injections and it only paralysis the muscles to stop the spasms but he's not going to do the injections he's sending me to a specialist who does it and I will ask my neurologist Monday when I see him. As for the Valium I don't stand taking it but when your in pain you will take anything plus I have acid reflux so I can't take to many to get addicted if I take more than 4 or 5 10mg Valiums in a day I pray porcelain throne. I've tried Robaxin and it does nothing. I just purchased a zero gravity chair and it's been helping allot I've been taking less meds but I can't live I the chair so when I have things to do thats when I take my meds I just want to get off then because I know the longer you take the the less they work and you start to take more and the Valium just gives me some relief and my back has been getting worse over the past year and it's getting hard to deal with. Thank you for your concern and I will ask about the Botox before I get it and I hope this neurologist can help. Tommy
