Guest guest
Wow funny you should say that...I also took Q for leg cramps.. for maybe about 2 years....not on a regular basis, but when I needed it. Then I started with the P, behind my ears, and on my face. About 3 months later the PA hit, with a very strong force....hips and neck, and then settled in my right knee. I wonder if the Q for the leg cramps brought it on. I was 50 when it started...I am now 56, and I am on the Antibiotic Protocol. So far it has really helped. If you want to find out more about the AP program go to Roadback.com. Thanks for sharing about the Q...it is interesting!..HMMMM something to think about! Good Luck,

Guest guest
Quinine doen't replace potassium but works by some other method... I sent a whole lot of info on this last month, let me see if I can find i and resend it... quinine water (tonic) really has relatively little quinine in it and it is usually prescribed in pill form for cramps. love jerry
