Hi Jim -

It's funny you should mention the s. My mothers's maiden name is

. There seems to be no connection with CMT as I have a lot of

uncles, aunts, cousins and second cousins all from that side and none

seem to be affected by CMT. My great grandfather D. came

from Larne just outside of Belfast in the 1870s when he was 4. There

were quite a few brothers that spread across the US and a generation

before there were several s of that family who emigrated to the

US from Ireland. I do not know of any who went to England. My name

is Fahey and they came from County Galway. Other names are Grant,

, Creadon, Murren, Burke and Weekens.
