NIH peripheral neuropathy workshop 2005 Update

Another meeting in April 2005 is planned. Recently, NIH released its

report. NIH plans to conduct what it calls a 'Workshop' on peripheral

neuropathies. At this gathering, NIH will bring experts from the

National Institute on Neurological Disorder and Stroke (NINDS) and

other NIH Institutes together with experts from around the country to

formulate an agenda for peripheral neuropathies and CMT. The primary

goal from this workshop is an enhanced research strategy to help with

new treatments and arrestment for CMT.
