Recently, more and more people are recognizing the health benefits of

vegetarian diet. Now numerous books, magazines encouraging vegan diet

and provide much information about vegan nutrition and its benefits,

people who want to switch over to vegan diet from non-vegan diet.

people, who are following non vegetarian diet totally when compared to

alone, direct medical costs were estimated as much as $ 40 to 60 billion

per year due to the non vegetarian life style of the people, as per the

survey. People, who consume vegan diet, can lead healthier, longer and

enjoyable life, and they also protecting the environment by preserving

natural resources and reducing pollution levels caused by agriculture of

animals and moreover, they do not make the animals to suffer.

vegetarian diet and nutrition, out of which the most common nutritional

benefits are, vegan diet enhances the life span and makes you to lead

enjoyable healthy life. Vegetarian diet provides relief from

detoxification and clears out harmful toxins from the body due to the

presence of rich content of dietary fiber, which also improves the rate

of metabolism, promotes good digestion and prevents constipation. The

most sought after vegetables for this purpose are cauliflower, cabbages,

spinach, leafy green vegetables, bottle gourd, and pumpkins etc, and

whereas non-vegan diet like mutton, eggs, contain no dietary fiber.
