Guest guest
, Thanks for the information. I guess I do not have the ankle roll either. I was not a candidate for any fusion as I have bi-lateral weakness at the ankles, although I have never turned my ankle. My foot drop is pretty severe in both legs. My foot also points to the ground when in a sitting position.I found that after wearing the Toe-Off for a while, the brace was not helping the foot drop as much as I would like. I do like the way the Walk-On looks, much less noticable. I assume it is as pricy as the Toe-Off was. I had a hard time getting my insurance company to pay for it, but fought the appeal and won (after having a nicely worded letter from my brother-in-law, the attorney!) I am waiting for an appointment at NIH, so I will take this with me and see if they think this is the best bracing for me at this time. I really do not want to go to a clunky brace. Thanks again, Jackie
