Guest guest
Tessie, I'm not sure what you mean by 'what kind' of orthotics I wear. There is no name for them, other than " custom made orthotics " for inside the shoe. Each one is different somewhat, as each one of my feet are a bit different and walking with the orthotic adjustments makes all the difference in the world. I have been wearing custom made orthotics for maybe about 10 years or so. I have a terrific certified orthotist who knows my feet better than anyone and has taught me so much about them, the orthotics and walking in general. If you'd like to know more specific information like how they are made or what they are made from or my orthotist phone number, just ask. Because like I said I don't know what you mean by your question exactly. I will tell you that my orthotist took many measurements of my feet, toes, legs, hip to leg length, head to toe measurements and each foot was cast in plaster to create the initial mold. ~ Gretchen
