Guest guest
No kidding, Joana, I too tried propranolol for tremors. It felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest and start break-dancing! It was even worse than Ritalin. Really, the propranolol had an amphetamine-like reaction on me - not good at all. Interesting to hear of your experience with it too. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Very interesting. I was given propranolol (Inderal) for a cardiac arrhythmia a number of years ago and it made it worse. It should have slowed the heart down, but did the opposite and caused more of the abnormal beats I was experiencing. It was quite unnerving because those abnormal beats were the life-threatening ones arising from the lower portion of the heart (ventricular), not the top (atrial).
