Earlier today I asked Dr. Younger, CMT expert in NYC, about botox

and CMT. My question was: Is Botox considered an acceptable treatment

for CMT spastic body muscles? Or would this only compound problems for

persons with CMT?

Dr. Younger's response is " I doubt that Botox would be good. "

Gretchen,

I don't know if my CMT is causing the spasams in my

back or what is causeing them it could be a little of

both my job and the CMT. I don't know when I'm getting

the Botox injections or what doctor will be doing them

if you could can you send me Dr. Younger's phone

number so I can give it to the doctor who'll be doing

the injections. You can send it to me direct at

tommy11228@... this way everyone won't get it

and call him. I have to get rid of this pain it's

driveing me crazy and it runs my life one day I can

handle it and the next day I can't handle it and I'm

betting tired of taking pills every day. Thank you for

looking into this I really apreciate it.

Thank you Tommy
