admitting having a problem

Hi to everyone,

This group is great. Will you please tell me how you just admit there is a

problem? Sometimes I just let things go that I know I shouldn't. I guess that

is vain. I am 56 and feeling my drop foot even more now and the balance problem

is greater now than before. I would love to look into some kind of a brace, BUT

how do I admit to myself that I need to. Please understand and help me. I walk

alot at night for exersize, follow Sansone's DVDs at my level of course

not hers LOL. And I ride my bike. Thanks so much to all of you.
