Don't fall for this anyone, I know was tongue in cheek when he

sent this out.  What they do is send you a CC or Check, then when

the patient's don't show up in a few days they ask for a refund,

before any of their CC or Checks have cleared.  By the time you send

a refund, they cash your check, and then the CC or Check they sent

you doesn't clear, and you are stuck with paying them their

"refund".  OOPS.  I heard of this some time ago and it is, as Sunny

said, a major scam.
