Guest guest Posted June 14, 2005 Report Share Posted June 14, 2005 Mike, Possible suggestions: 1) orthotics 2) AFOs 3) foot massage/reflexology 4) change shoes often (like 3-4 times a day or more if needed) 5) good supportive shoes like New Balance, Rockport, Mephisto, etc. 6) break up activities into pieces that require standing, then sit, even for a few minutes. 7) take one of those new space saving chairs with you when you are out.
