Guest guest
Hi and Laurie, Have you tried using Vitamin C? I have not had the problems with cold or warm feet like before since I started taking this vitamin. Has anyone else seen any help with this vitamin as what concerns cold or warm feet? Best regards Joyce.
Guest guest
, So wonderful ! I'm happy that you say so and that the vitamin C has this effect on you too. Neither did I have cold feet afterwards. I have probably taken the Vitamin C as long as you had, i.e. around 1 year and a half and more now. It helped me with this problem from the very beginning. I remember that before I started taking it, I had cold feet and had to take hot baths to warm them up. In the summer, I had the opposite problem with warm legs that I felt I had to cool up in some way, i.e. with cold showers, etc.But since I've been using the Vitamin C, I don't have this problem, and it is nice.
